It provides suggestions for incorporating trauma- and violence-informed principles into planning, hosting, or attending meetings. Proactive consideration of how to make meeting contexts more trauma- and violence-informed can increase feelings of safety, trust, support, collaboration, empowerment, understanding, and connection for participants.
